About Me
I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health community. I opened the doors to my practice with the goal of providing clients in Florida with top-of-the-line mental health services. Whether you’re looking for a bit of counseling or need professional assistance overcoming a stressful phase in your life - your wellbeing is my number one priority. I go above and beyond to cater to the needs of every client with my personalized services.
Therapy Services
Mental Health Counseling
In my sessions as a licensed mental health counselor I have established mindfulness-based and CBT-based techniques to increase healthy coping skills that have been a crucial part of my practice and my client’s success and progress. My main goal is for my clients to start decreasing their symptoms of anxiety and depression, reducing/preventing stress and burnout, working through the process of grief and/or loss, improving overall well-being, and helping clients learn new skills they can use in their everyday lives with their family, friends, and community.
Christian Counseling
I attended Trinity International University in South Florida, which is a Christian university, and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I had the opportunity to learn how to be a counselor while including God in the process. I attended church since I was nine years old and I have seen the good and the bad. I have a passion to help individuals that may be going through a mental illness and unfortunately the church is not being as helpful as you need them to be. Or maybe you have been traumatized by church hurt. I am not here to judge or condemn any faith institution. I simply would like the chance to show others what I have come to believe, that it’s not about religion or legalism, it’s about relationship with God.
